You may be able to make a payment through online banking or Telephone Network Teller. If you do not have access to your mortgage through these channels, you can also call your local branch and make the transfer for you over the phone.

If trying to make a payment after the due date, which is the 28th of every month, you are unable to see your Kwik Cash loan online. Feel free to call us at (262) 694-1600 and we would be happy to make the payment for you.
If you are the joint owner on the account, and have not set up your personal online banking using your social security number and birthdate, you will not be able to see the Kwik Cash under online banking. If you set up online banking using your credentials you will be able to see the Kwik Cash.

You can find your account number on the bottom of your checks or the membership card your received during account opening. You can also view your account number through online banking. We are not able to provide account numbers verbally over the phone or via email.
Yes, we do have notaries at all locations. Please call your local branch to schedule an appointment, to ensure a notary is available.
If you are receiving a replacement card because your card has expired, take the new card to any ATM. Using your original pin, check your balance – this will activate your card. As long as you can see your balance, your card is ready to use.
If you are receiving a card with a new card number, call the phone number listed on the sticker on front of the card and set your pin. After successfully setting your pin, take your card to any ATM to check your balance, this will activate your card.
For members that are 18+ your point of sale daily limit is set at $1500. If you are attempting to use your card for more than $1500 in one day, you should call and speak to a member service representative. They will assist you with a solution.
A transaction may be denied if it is an out of country purchase, over your daily limit amount, the wrong CVV from the back of the card was entered, the wrong expiration date was entered, or if it is suspected possible fraud.

Online payments are processed by a partner and could take up to 10 business days to process.
Other payment options would be setting up an automatic withdrawal. Provide a letter from your financial listing your routing number and account number or bring in a voided check from the financial that the funds will be withdrawn from. Initial set up takes up to 14 days prior to the first payment being made.
An additional option would be mailing in your payment, putting cash/check in night deposit, or visit your local branch during business hours.
