COVID-19 Virus Update – Letter from the President (3/17/2020)
With the ongoing concern about the COVID-19 virus, I want to thank you for your understanding. In order to protect the public health, the safety of you our members, and the safety of the Credit Union team, the decision has been made to limit in person services to only the drive up service offered at each of our locations. Services via our lobbies will be discontinued at 1 pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until public health officials indicate that the risk associated with in person contact has diminished.
As a member of Southern Lakes Credit Union, you have a full range of electronic services available through SoLakes Online 24/7 Banking. Through this you have access to all of your accounts without needing to visit a branch. This access includes online bill pay, transferring funds between accounts, applying for a loan, making loan payments, verifying account balances, viewing monthly account statements, reordering checks, and more.
Additionally you have convenient access to your money through our network of ATMs. As a member of Southern Lakes Credit Union you have ATM’s access at all of our locations. Southern Lakes is also a member of the Alliance One ATM network. This allows Southern Lakes members the freedom to enjoy access to over 5,000 fee free ATM’s across the nation.
